Can you put a regular silicone case around an otterbox shell on the iphone?

the otterbox is a three layer protection case. It has a hard, strong Polycarbonate skeleton that surrounds your device. Wrapped around all of this is a Silicone skin that absorbs bump and shock.

I doubt it because that case is so huge. No accessories are compatible with that thing as far as I can tell. There really should be because there is a huge demand for "case compatible" accessories because so many people use cases.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is to renal injury and usually progressive and irreversible loss of kidney function. It is now known that about one in ten adults is a carrier of chronic kidney disease. Most of these people do not know who has this disease because it does not usually cause symptoms, except in very advanced stages. In many cases early diagnosis and treatment of disease in its early stages can help prevent the disease from progressing to more advanced stages. As renal disease is often associated with diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, its treatment can also help prevent other complications such as myocardial infarction, heart failure and stroke. Therefore, it is important to know some things about kidney disease and how to prevent it and detect it.

The kidneys are the main organs responsible for elimination of toxins and substances that are most important to the body. They are also essential to keep fluids and salts from the body at adequate levels. In addition, they help produce some hormones and participate in blood pressure control. Therefore, kidney disease and its loss of function lead to a series of problems such as:
blood pressure
heart disease
anemia
changes in bones and nerves.

People at greatest risk for kidney disease are:
diabetes
blood pressure
people with kidney disease in the family
elderly
people with cardiovascular disease.

Although the disease has no cause many symptoms, it is important to know some symptoms that may be related to renal disease:
weakness
fatigue
swelling of face, feet or legs
difficulty urinating
urine foam
changes in urine color (dark or brown)
increase or decrease in amount of urine.

The main causes of chronic kidney disease are:
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Diabetes
Glomerulonephritis
Hereditary diseases such as polycystic disease
Obstructions (kidney stones, tumors)
Kidney infections
Recommendations that people with chronic kidney disease must follow:
Keep blood pressure under control
Reduce salt intake
Reducing potassium
Keeping glucose levels under control if diabetic
Avoid the use of anti-inflammatory
Moderate consumption of animal protein (meat, eggs and milk and derivatives).

Avoid foods high in sodium (salt): built-in general or even processed meats.

-Replace the salt as seasoning with olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar or herbs.
-See your doctor about the limit of water. In case you need to limit consumption, avoid liquid foods.
-Beware of foods rich in potassium such as banana, papaya, tomato, pumpkin, spinach, meat, potatoes, and beans. In renal insufficiency, in many cases, excess potassium can not be eliminated and lead to serious complications.
-Consume in moderation food rich in calcium and phosphorus as dairy, meat, eggs, vegetables and cereals shell. In renal failure, as well as the above mentioned potassium, phosphorus may also not be eliminated in the urine and then being accumulated in the body;
-Proteins are important but in this case are also dangerous to give preference to eat eggs, fish, soy, because the overload is lower when compared to other meats;
-Avoid consumption of black tea, tea, soft drinks and a cola.

Companies and workers that think about personalizing their hard hats by using hard hat stickers, are always concerned about the safety aspect when using them. A hard hat is a piece of equipment used for personal protection when on the job and when utilizing stickers it serves a variety of purposes as well.

These customizations are common practice with companies and workers since it provides a sense of individuality. Companies use hard hat stickers to ensure utmost employee visibility and as a method of brand advertising. With hard hats being the most identifiable safety equipment when the worker is onsite using stickers is quite an effective way of advertising.

Usually using hard hats do not have a harmful impact when it comes to performance with regard to safety. The possibility of chemical effect with the helmet shell and the adhesive used on the stickers is absolutely negligible. This is because the hard hats stickers are usually pressure-sensitive and can be easily pressed on the helmet. In other words, in typical circumstances there would never be any negative affect the performance of the helmet.

However, when workers apply these stickers, the quantity and location they are used can hamper identifying any damage to the hard hat while scrutinizing for the same. So it is advised by manufacturers and safety experts that the hard hat stickers should be applied away from the rim of the helmet by approximately three-quarters of an inch. This is because it will avert the probability that the sticker would act as a conductor between the exterior and interior of the casing if it were to envelop just about the brim of the hard hat. To allow a better check of the helmet shell, the stickers should cover a minimum area so that every sign of damage owing to aging or use can be identified with ease.

Another safety tip is that the hard hat must be replaced without delay if any shell cracks are visible no matter how small they appear or even if they are in proximity with the sticker or not. Some companies are not comfortable with the idea of using hard hat stickers and prefer using the alternative of pad printing. This method is slightly expensive since the logos are printed on the hard hat shell. The advantage is that this is permanent and does not fade, peel or crack.

One more alternative that can be found to using hard hat stickers is engraving identification information below the brim of the hard hat. So long as the engraving is restricted to the brim the performance of the hard hat does not get hindered. If it is done anywhere else there is a strong possibility that the hard hat will not be effective in providing the necessary protection during impact. Engraving should be strictly avoided near the suspension key sockets and meeting point of the crown and brim.

It is always a better idea to use the hard hat as manufactured. But in case any modifications are being considered like using stickers, engraving or pad printing it would be best to consult with the manufacturing company.

It is important to keep your guitar clean, whether it is electric or acoustic. It might look cool to have grime and smudge on it, but, for the most part, this only hurts your instrument and can affect your playing.

Acoustic guitars

For the acoustic, the entire guitar needs to be kept clean. If you do not clean the fretboard, it will slow down your playing, and shorten the life of your strings. The gunk from the wood will get on your fingers, then on the strings and make them sound dead.

Keeping the body clean will liven up the sound. Think about it: if the body has dirt, grime and gunk on it, the wood just will not be able to vibrate and give the good tone it is intended to. Besides, the instrument is really a work of art and should be showcased as such. You also will feel better to play a great looking and sounding guitar.

Electric guitars

While the body may not be as picky as an acoustic, it is still important to keep the entire instrument clean. If you allow dirt and debris to build up, it will soon find its way into the pickups, strings and other places it should not be.

Keeping the fingerboard clean is important for the same reason as an acoustic. A clean fingerboard is easier to slide around on and bend notes.

What to use

You should use a quality cleaner that is made especially for acoustic wood. This is readily available at any good guitar shop and is very easy to use.

You should also get in the habit of wiping the wood down after playing. Keep the strings clean and wipe them off as well, this way they will sound better for a longer time.

You can also use car wax or furniture wax, but this can also leave a white residue in the little cracks. The dust also can end up in the wrong places, but this is really not hard to avoid.

You can wipe it off with an old piece of flannel or micro-fiber cloth. Keep it in your case, and use it often.

Avoid any strong chemical cleaners, such as the stuff you use on kitchen counter tops or elsewhere. This should be obvious, but you would be surprised what people sometimes use to clean their guitar.

The guitar cleaning kit is a great way to have everything in one place. You can buy a kit or make your own, but, if you have a guitar, make sure you have one.

This accessory is one the the few things you really need to make your playing more enjoyable. You will also need a humidifier for an acoustic guitar, a tuner, a capo, a hard-shell case, and some good instructional materials.
