My set top box picks up hd channels but my tv doesn't display them?
I also have a DVD recorder with a hd tuner and it also doesn't display the hd channels even though it picks them up on the channel list? What do i need to do to see these channels, i have sound for a couple of seconds and then it goes blank.
well if your tv isn't hd then it won't pick them up at all.
but it probably is since your asking this question.
do you have the regular red yellow and white cables hooked up, or do you have the blue green and red ones hooked up. the red green and blue ones are the hd ones, you need those hooked up
