What do you think of my poem?

In the quiet of a railway station,
We can sit and talk a while,
Talk of cigarette’s and magazines,
An endless monotony of denim jeans,
And no end to the laughter we share

Celluloid dreams, captured in a moment,
Who is that, is that now, romantic kisses,
Plastered on smiles, tears of yesterday,
Taking on a bow for the neverending cameras,

The cigarettes and broken dreams:
Are the soundtrack of our lives,
The pick me up when I’m down,
Is when we just sit here and say goodbye to the hours,
But the hours are darkening, and it’s time for us to leave our seats,
And it’s not fair to keep us here,
But all we have is here and now.

Not bad at all, but it reminds me too much of early Paul Simon.
