how much would it cost to do this to my strat?

i have an american standard strat, and i want to know how much it would cost to do this:

put on one of the pearloid brown pickguards, that is double Humbuckers (HH), add coil tapping, get the pickups, and dome knobs for the pots. and how much would it cost to get guitarcenter (or another local store) to install it all.

I use a private luthier myself as the service at guitar center sucks, plus he beats their prices and does a much better job, if your not out in the middle of nowhere you should be able to find one near you,try your search engine under guitar repair for your area, but I cant vouch for their workmanship or prices, my guy would probably charge around $75 + parts, but I live in the SF bay area so competition is a factor.
