Les Paul Tremolo Question?

Ok I have the Epiphone Les Paul Ultra II, and I am thinking of getting the Les Trem (http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Bridges,_tailpieces/Electric_guitar_tremolos/Les_Trem_Stop-Tailpiece_Tremolo.html)

Would this damage my guitar since the Ultra II is a chamber bodied guitar, or would it damage it in any other way?

(Please no responses that Trems look ugly on Les Pauls)

I wouldn't do it. Les Pauls aren't made with whammy bars on them and I think they should stay like that. Unless you buy the guitar with the bar on it, I don't think it's a good idea. It could mess up the intonation of the guitar. If you are going to do it, make sure you have a professional put the whammy bar on for you. Don't do it yourself and don't have a friend do it, PAY someone too...just for the sake of the guitar.
